Start machining by joining together the two halves of each of the
gussets, if they are made in two pieces. Then pin the outer body
gusset round the body. Sew on the wrong side, by working from
the base of the back leg, going round and ending at the base of
the front leg. Match the second side of the body piece to the outer
body gusset, working on the wrong side of material, and pin into
place and sew round.
