Instruction

• You will require 1 1/2 sheets of 1/2" plywood.
• Lay out bottom (A) as per drawing and cut.
• Cut and nail on parts (B) using 1 1/2" common nails from under side.
• Using boat bottom, trace curvature on plywood and cut parts (C).
• When outside curve is cut, using compass, scribe the inside curve 1 1/2" wide.
• Nail and glue on top of uprights (B).
• Using the guide as illustrated, scribe parts (D) and cut.
• Cut and install sides of boat (O). Use 1" common nails and glue.
• Cut and install seat supports (G) and (H).
• Cut the seats (E) and (F) to fit and install.
• Cut hole for mast.
• Line up mast socket (J) to hole in seat and glue,and nail in place.
• Lay out and cut rudder (Q) and bowsprit (N) and install.
• Cut parts (E), (F), (Q) and (A) from 4' x 8' sheet of plywood.
• Cut parts (C) and (D) from 2' x 8' sheet of plywood.
• Round off all sharp edges and set all nails and fill; sand all imperfections.
