ELASTIC
Elastic waistlines and cuffs are easy to make and
stretch as the child grows. Measure the waist or
wrists, and cut elastic approximately two-thirds
this measurement. Insert the elastic with a safety
pin, easing it through the waist or cuff hem.
Instead of elastic, you could also use cords or
ribbon ties, and tie them in a decorative bow.
