Baby Bib - The Neck Binding

1. Center the second bias strip on the neck edge and pin, then attach it as you did for the outer edge.

2. Work from the center outward and cover the cut ends of the outer binding.

3. Turn the ends in even with the outer edge of the bib, and slipstitch them closed.
