The ears. To make each ear, align a pair of ear pieces right

sides together, and pin. Stitch the pieces together leaving

the slightly curved lower edge open. Notch the seam al-

lowances, and turn each ear right side out. Baste the lower

edges together along the seam line.

Baste one ear to each side of the head, right sides together,

matching the dots and keeping the raw edges parallel.

The eyes. Attach the eyes by pushing the shank end of each one through the fabric W' (19 mm) from the end of the nose and just below the seam line so the top of the eye touches the seam line. Attach the safety clasp on the underside of the head.
